Our Senior Living Development Program provides a “turnkey” approach to "On Campus Senior Housing" ----- (Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care) that includes: market analysis, planning and design, construction and development, financing, licensure, and ongoing day-to-day management. These facilities would be jointly owned by CorEquity, its development partners and the sponsoring church and constructed on land that the church makes available for the project. We assume all financial, legal and operational risk and share the income and equity with the sponsoring church.
